EXCEL Fitness Classes
Our programme of EXCEL Fitness Programme offers challenging keep fit opportunities for 11-15 year olds. EXCEL is designed to be inclusive and fun, so that every young person can enjoy the sessions, regardless of ability. The programme provides access to an exciting range of exercise sessions including Aqua Action, Spin, Boxercise, Dance Fit and cardio workouts in the Lifestyles Fitness Suite.
Larkabout
Larkabout soft play zone offers three exciting storeys of interactive play equipment for children 10 years and under. Come and have an adventure as you explore our wavy waterfall slide, crawl tubes, ball pool and ball cannons. Larkabout is open from 10am to 6pm, seven days a week. New Parent & Child Coffee Mornings on Monday and Wednesday offer instructor-led fun and games for youngsters from 11am to 12pm. Find out more
Busy Bees Crèche
Busy Bees Crèche is designed to assist parents with child care whilst you participate in a health and fitness activity. The aim of the Crèche is to promote the development of children from 3 months to 5 years and offer new experiences to each individual child.

We offer term time courses to suit all ages and abilities. Choose from swimming, trampolining, soccer and gymnastics coaching. Find out more
Under 5s Activity Sessions
We run weekly fun activity sessions for the under 5s and their parents. Choose from Adventure Time and parent & Child Fun Swim drop in sessions, or termly coaching courses.
Holiday Programmes
