We offer a wide range of fantastic exercise classes to suit all ages and fitness levels - you're sure to find a class that fits your lifestyle. Our classes are enjoyable and fun - so when you've tried one we're sure you'll come back for more.
Whether the class is in the gym, the Lifestyles Studio or Sports Hall, you can be sure that you'll have a great time, build your fitness and self-confidence. Classes are great social events too. Come along with a friend, or do what many of our customers do and come along and make new friends!
We've many different exercise classes available, each with specific benefits. Choose from:
- Aerobic classes to burn calories and boost fitness
- Holistic classes to promote flexibility and reduce life's stresses
- Conditioning classes to tone and sculpt your body
- Dance classes - learn new moves while getting fit!
Classes take place seven days a week and are taught by professional instructors who can help and advise on how to achieve your fitness objectives.
