BOOK & PAY ONLINE
The online booking system has been upgraded and now features a waiting list for exercise classes. A booking confirmation email will still be received when booking on to a waiting list, but will show as unconfirmed.
Cancellations online will require a full 24 hours notice.
You can book and make payments online for activities including badminton and exercise classes, as well as renew your Centre membership. All bookings made online will be reserved for 20 minutes unpaid but must be paid within this timescale to be confirmed.
Unpaid online bookings will be deleted automatically after 20 minutes. Customers will be refunded in full if a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice. Refunds will be arranged by Reception, either by telephone or in person.
If you haven't already signed up for your pin number, booking yourself on to your favourite exercise class or pay and play activity has never been easier. All centre members can reserve and book without having to phone or make a visit. It's so simple! In exchange for your email address, name, telephone and membership number, you will be provided with your own personal pin number so that you can book online, anytime!
Centre Members who have a Zest card can get hold of their personal pin number by emailing the required information to leisurecentres@tmbc.gov.uk, or by providing the information to our reception staff.
