Free 1 Day Lifestyles Guest Pass Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to UK residents aged 16 and over.
2. Facilities vary from centre to centre.
3. This application entitles 1 person to a 1 Day Lifestyles Guest Pass at their selected centre. Only one pass can be issued to an individual in a 12 month period.  Ownership of the Guest Pass is not transferable.
4. This offer is not open to current Lifestyles members or those whose membership has lapsed within the last 6 months.
5. The Guest Pass entitles the holder to use the facilities in their chosen centre free of charge, with the exception of the Sunbeds, Beauty Rooms, Squash Courts, Creche facilities and some other chargeable activities - please call in advance of your visit if in doubt.
6. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
7. The Lifestyles Guest Pass may not be used in conjunction with any other Lifestyles promotion or special offer.
8. If for any reason the Guest Pass holder is refused permission to enter one of our centres then no alternative will be offered.
9. It is the responsibility of the Guest Pass holder to ensure that they have taken adequate medical precautions before using the facilities.
10. Guest Passes that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
11. Guest Passes are ONLY available online.
